Toyota GT 86 has been the most awaited and talked about car this year which has left quite an impression on many of the folks yearning for an affordable, compact RWD sedan – much reminiscent of the original AE 86 Corolla which played the lead role in the famous Japanese anime series Initial D.
It was just the need of the time that Toyota announced a drift car which it did, however unfortunately, it crashed upon its debut in the D1 GP event held in Odaiba, Japan.
The car, as we can see through the video of the crash carried too much speed into the first bend and lost the rear, smashed its tail right into the guard-rail, popping the left rear-tire.
