I have bought a mazda d.cabin 1998 model and currently in process of restoring it. Last week I installed front axles to activate 4x4. After installation I came to realize that the axles don't fit tightly in the front hubs and rattle during bumps and puddles. This is my 3rd 4x4 and never observed this in my previous rides. The axles are original and supposedly the hubs are too. Now i need to find a solution for this,
1 - Either to take off axles and return them to kabariya, and find matching axles, the problem with this is I don't know which model hubs have been installed by previous owner.
2 - Try to work around with current axles. the problem is how?
3 - The kabariya has complete suspension from which he gave me the axles. So I can buy the hubs too from him, he's asking 10k for the set. My current brake calipers have twin cylinders where the kabariya's hubs has single cylinder.
suggestions required.
