If it stock rims and a stock tire carrier and a one color paint, that'd be cool. I do not mind rear tail gates, but come on! its an M825 and not an M151A2. add a mod which does not have a permanent effect and can be removed, thats what i believe.

Look, every body has the right to what ever they want with their stuff, and so do we have the right to debate about it. Not saying its a crime, just saying out loud what i think. Some of us own Mutts as a recreationla vehicle and just wan't to enjoy it. Fine by me, but some of us regard it as a piece of history, and take it as a classic, though we do have fun with it. No harm.. Chill out....its just a forum...I'm not threatning to kill anybody....

Yup, if you interchange them they might help in reducing the noise, provided your front one's in shape.

Yes electronic fuel pump works ..... a friend put in it, let me check with him and get back.
Its called 'CDI system' the distributor & fuel pump changes. Usual one used by the baloch mechanics is the Suzuki Potohar's.

Bagus,

Yes, you cannot sell here as we cannot import an older vehicle.
I suggest you become a member at www.g838.org. You'll find useful tips there in maintaining it. Might be even lucky to sell there. Its a forum dedicated to owners of the M151s (G838s).

We face the same issue of parts, so we have to improvise.

Do you have restoration pictures ? Do post 'em.
Also check out http://www.pakwheels.com/forumreply_az_TopicID!107033~ForumID!16~Page!1~pw. html for tips.

KZ,

I don't want to ruin the moment and be an ***, but the roll bars side mounting is not a good idea, does not do any good in a rollover situation and just increased the rollover probability. COG would be higher than before.

Though they don't look bad at all! Nice but they won't do any good.

Sher - You are right, these bars should not be called as roll bars, rather i must have said them hood bars

Basic idea to bolt'em outside the tub was to avoid any cutwork or weld on the body.

Bolting outside was also necessary to make these completely detachable.

Personally i like the rig without hood or bars, but it was necessary to install this option before painting....

KZ,

Just be carefull not to drive it fast with those bars on. And avoid them whenver offroading. For your own safety and the passengers safety too, because that additional weight especially on top might roll you sideways.
