It may be late in advising what to do.but you should have thought for FAA.i think this is the best bet and have gone through to all this,and came to the conclusion faa is more relevent to your realy flying comparative to JAR which is EASA now.
In EASA 7 IR exams but still 20% relevent.in US 1 exam and 80% Relevent.
Cost wise Pakistan seems expensive to me comparative to US.however by getting FAA ratings you are quaifying for most of the world other then EU.
With little extra hard work you can later convert to CAA Pakistan.
Plus in US busy airspace and better training standards.if you want to see a difference.look at the vfr charts.US.UK.and Pakistan.you ,ll appreciate how hard work has been done.
