Default Tip of the Day

AOA all wheelers or prospective wheelers!

Thought that I should start a thread related to tips for vehicles....so here I am.

Todays TIP,

If accidently you find that all water is finished from rediator while driving and vehicle is extremely heated then never turn off the vehicle and fill the rediator while engine is on otherwise engine might stuck.

also if rediator is leaked then put small amount of "HALDEE" powder in rediator

Well this tip goes for Steermatic but yet can be a guide line for others

In Steermatic the relay for the horn and gear shifting buttons are same so don’t change the stock horn as it may affect the gear shifting buttons

If you ever find yourself with a dead car battery and need to "jumpstart" your vehicle by popping the clutch while it's in motion, here's a useful tip: push the car backwards and pop the clutch with the transmission in reverse. The gear ratios for manual transmissions make reverse the "highest gear." In other words, in reverse you won't have to push the car as fast as you would in any other gear.

In my last car i didnt know that alignment coz i never felt dat car was drifting left.only when a frend saw my front tire was wearing out.tip is(i know most of u know this its 4 those novices like me!) on a plain rd using ur small finger turn the steering right and left.if u feel while turnin on 1 side its heavier n reqs more effort.then it means u req alignment.usually 1 can easily judge wheel balancin as steering vibrates but alignment is a litle dificult to judge as were usually not driving on highways or at higher speed.

@Saulat, nice thread! (Y)

@zunny
Are you sure about the glass tip? I don't think a blade can damage glass. I've been using a glass platform for any paper cutting at home, and the glass is still good as new.
