Good plan Imtiaz bhai.
I am also making plan for summer family trip for this year. I also wanted to do almost similar itinerary pindi-chitral-shandur-gilgit-Khunjerab-gilgit-babusar-pindi. But as i wont be having a 4x4 ride, therefore on advice of asifcae bhai, i think, i would have to miss the chitral / shandur part. When u go ahead with trip InshaAllah, plz update us on latest situation with feasibility of doing that part by car.
Now some points to add for ur trip.
> YASIN VALLEY: u have mentioned phander - yasin valley - Gilgit on day 3. It is very much doable... however, keep in mind that Yasin Valley is not on main Shandur-Gilgit road. Coming from Shandur, u have to turn left from Gupis to enter Yasin Valley. Main town in Yasin valley is Taos طاؤس۔
i went there almost 11 years ago. at that time road was quite gud. Hoping that it would be at least that much gud, it would take almost 30-40 minutes from Gupis to Taos. If u have time, u should go further up in Yasin Valley.
> NALTAR: U r staying 3 nights at Hunza..... IMO, with this itinerary, i would think about staying night of 5th day at Naltar..
> AROUND HUNZA: From Hunza, u can visit Hoper. For that, u have to turn right from Ganesh Bridge toward Hisper valley... Hoper is not more than an hour from Karimabad, so a round trip of less than half day is quite possible. At Hoper, u can drive within meters proximity of Hoper Glacier.
> PARSAAN: I think, u are talking about Chapursan Valley. which is also written as Cha Pursaan Valley وادیٔ چہ پرساں۔
well, i have never been to this valley, but as Asif bhai has told, u should/can visit till Ziarat Baba Gundi.... Not sure, but i guess, this valley is quite less visited and would be worth a visit with stunning views of Batura, Shisper and Disteghil Sar peaks as well as Chillinji Pass.
> SHIMSHAL: I dont have update on latest track condition till Shimshal.. i went there in 2004 by local jeep... I think main attraction of Shimshal is its remoteness.... , there is a point on the jeep track where Mulugundi Sar Glacier ends near the track. if u are lucky enough to have a cloudless view of Disteghil Sar from that point, it is some Helluva scene.
Anyways, if i am asked to decide between Hunza-Khunjerab and Hunze-Shimshal,,,, my vote would definitely be to Khunjerab.
