2007 Toyota Land Cruiser!!!!

Well, this is a Top Secret Project for Toyota. Which has been under wraps for a long time and still no proper images are available yet. I have been searching for news on the LC for quite some time now, so here it is. Initially it was supposed to be launched in 2006 as 2006 model but I guess it is going to be a 2007.

2007 Landcruiser series 130, 4.7 VVT V8, 4.4 V8 twin turbo intercooled CRD diesel (300 HP, 428ft.lbs. torque), or 4.0 VVT V6 (non-us spec only). No word if non-us spec will offer solid axle option...

2007 Lexus 550 (same chassis) 5.5 VVT V8 (alloy)

2007 Sequoia and Tundra Ute (same chassis) 4.7 VVT V8, 4.4 V8 twin turbo intercooled CRD diesel (300 HP, 428ft.lbs. torque).

Personally I like the diesel

This is ugliest land cruiser ever. Are u sure its land cruiser amazon? and not land cruiser colorado (Prado) or anything else? to me it looks much like Totoya Hilux

Friends these are spy shots of artist renditions not the actual LC itself So the actual LC may look quite different and plus this is suppose to be a tough offroader not something that looks good on the roads and streets.

and no this is not a Prado! As the Prado is already new and will take another 5-6 years for a full model change

I do not care what it looks like coz I like the engines it has on offer specially the diesel twin charged V8. I think it is an all aluminium.

Ugly,, still unable to beat ma favourite LC i.e. Cruising.
But luv to hit the diesel in TT model.
New LC's (Grand Cruiser/LS-470/Cygnus/Amazon) r quite gudd for highway drivin nd arab's dune bashin but dont lik ther attitude in the paki terrain as they r not tht reliable as ther earlier models were used to be specially SP Cruiser nd cruising.

@Racerf1, bro will this be the the first TT CRD.

Good change, overall it is unlike a Traditional Toyota and engine specs are awesome

Nissan Patrol is in trouble definately

my xperience says that the thing u love @1st sight gets boring very soon... but this thing has a love 'n hate relation to it.... I think its gonna be one of the best ever produced... Toyota is not foolish to gamble on its strongholds..... in the time when even GM is on its knees, Mazda had 2 b taken by Ford, Mercedes cudn't live without a merger: Toyota is still in the eyez of every investor and watching out carefully whats coming up next from thier stables.... and how they will perform..... No question, its gona FLY... not FLy!
