cg 125 problem

hello guys i have a problem of gears shift in cg 125 when i change the gear 2nd to 3rd then it stuck at 9.5 rpm help me plz.

sorry for no reply i am out of country , so when i shift the 2nd gear to 3rd at aproxx 9.5 rmp then the gear stucks bike cant take the 3rd gear when i hit the gear padel two or three times then the 3rd gear is in works.
