wow that is very expensive ...but frankly, I am not a master of Honda 200 parts
but the carburator shown in pics has a choke assembly similar to CG125 with three holes settings, also base bowel design looks like of CG125 so I thought I can ask may be you choosed it for economy..
I am using my old Roadmasters carb in my CD70, and used CGcarb just like urs in CD200 for fuel economy so this was the major differnce which can be seen from out side as below :
CG125 with 3-level Chock settings (as it is in your Carburetor also which made me think to ask ):
