I doubt this would be the 'best' solution. Thanx for your suggestion though.
Yes I tried, all the numbers that were on the original documents plus web search... all are either changed or not working.
It proved to be a very comfortable and pleasure to ride design. Engine is exactly the same as CG125 but with 5 spd. All the additional design elements make it way better than a CG125. Practically speaking, after riding this bike, CG125 feels exactly as if one is riding a CD70.
One thing is important, I honestly believe, Atlas CG125 engines have better life than clone ones. I only had these two bikes ever so can easily compare them.
I bought it three years back and rode it about 10,000kms till date. Primarily bought it as an economical support vehicle while two of my 4x4 projects were going on and had to visit workshops twice a day along with running around for parts and support. Projects stretched for two years. Now I use it for small trips in the city where its congested and to enjoy the ease of taking a two wheeler than taking a 4 wheeler. I'm not a biker so cannot give proper assessment about a bike's performance aspects and standards.
When I bout it for Rs. 75,000 (brand new), CG125 was selling for Rs. 87,000 if I remember correctly and CD70 was somewhere Rs. 60-65,000. With all the aesthetic and accessory superiority, I didn't think twice to grab one. Got it from a dealer at outskirts of Multan city. Black & red were available, both equally gorgeous. I wish I had bought both and kept one standby.
As per the import documents that I received with it, about 50 or 52 pieces (again, just from my memory) landed in Pakistan. After three months, when I wanted to get two more units for friends who wanted to have these too, there was none available.
Its a very quiet bike, not the CG type ( which feels annoying now , though I loved it when I had one in 1995). Acceleration is not as sporty as CG125 but very smooth and is a very balanced ride. Though I have never even tried to hit 80km/h on it .
So gentlemen, any info/help on the Tire/tube requirement that I have mentioned in the first post?
