For Honda deluxe 110 KM/H is a good speed... still you should check for:1. Wheel Alignment. 2. Air pressure in tires. 3. Tappet adjustment. 4. All bolt/screws of the bike are tight. 5. Break shoes are in good position... i.e. not too much tight. 6. Chain / sprockets should be at recommended location with recommended play in it. 7. Air filter should be clean. Checking these things will improve your bike's performance. ...

As far as engine oil is concerned you can use any engine oil but make sure it's viscosity is the recommended one for your bike and for grade/API ranking, i would suggest you to go for the most highly grade available in the market... e.g. API SM is the best possible... try to go for it... but if not possible then in our market you can easily find upto SL or SJ but not below that...

To check the oil grade you can read the packing and on it in any corner mostly bottom right or left, there is written API SM/CJ or something like that you have to check the grade starting with 'S' as 'C' one is for diesel engines . So there you can check the oil grade and also check the packing of the oil, if it is easily removable i.e. the plastic and seal is too easy to remove than don't take that oil as it is not the original one...
