I personnaly experinced.

This can be use in emergency situations.like when your are in sea and your boat is out of order.In Forests you lost etc etc

this burnet with light Flame & heavy Smoke.

Its an emergency flare for use on high ways if ones car has an accident at night.......one should place the lighted flare a few yards from the crashed car so that the arriving cars see accidented car.......this holds true the original guy survives the original accident

thanks @spectra , @Salarzae , @luckyman , @kasaas . Now tell me where will i get it in Lahore? I dont know if it will be safe in a car that has kids in everyride (and that too those ones who are as curious as a cat to know what the **** is everything in this world lolz)
