Discuss whether to go for paint or dry denting
It varies from situation to situation.
Its depend on damage condition.... After inspection you will confirmed that which is the best dry dent or repaint
I have posted images of damage. What would you recon now?
That has to be painted I think^ I can see some paint missing i.e the black lines.
i'd say sukka dent behtareen nikal sakta hai in 1000-1500.
Painting it would decrease the re-sale value of ur car

if you go for dry denting, the area will get fixed but still be visible.if resale isnt an issue, get the lower piece painted..get it from some professional painter and you wont even judge the painted piece different from the rest.
Paint is the only way. We're the metal has gone in and has deep scratches they can't be pushed out.
Just leave it as it is or paint. There is nothing to be dry dented
I wish this 'resale' mentality would change in Pakistan. Its your car do whatever you want. I see people worrying about painting their cars just because they think the 'resale' would be affected. It would be affected anyway because the car has been damaged so why not do something about it instead of it being an eyesore. I'd suggest you to get it properly dented and then painted.
Do dry denting
I think dry denting wid Kaalam will do the trick. Just tell the denter to heat the affected area so that minimum paint comes off during process. and then after whole process apply compound
Is there any alternative to Kalam? I've noticed that most Kalams these painters/ denters use don't match the colour of the car and it's very noticeable:P
This can be easily dry dented but you need to get it fixed from a good denter.
May be it is your experience with my experience is little different but you have to maintain the part where Kaalam is applied regularly, for permanent solution paint is the thing.
Oh, I guess it's because they applied it with a match stick rather than the proper procedure I.e a soft cloth/Tissue.
After kalam gritt paper n compund is necessry and then any wax
