Suppose you take delivery of your sparkling new car, on your way you see that there is some dust on the front, as soon as you rub a dry cloth on it, ... it's gone, whatever 100% genuine is, it isn't there now, you've brutally taken off the nanometer thick paint off and caused a tiny tiny swirl, rendering it < 100% genuine. Live with it !
Getting detailing done from a proper detailer ensures that he has judged the paint and only enough of paint is removed (if required) to bring out clean, flat surface which can then be protected through sealant/wax. Whereas in open market, they don't care how much material they remove, usually damaging clear coat in the process.
