Civic 2004, 57K Driven price 10,000,00. Is this ok

AOA All,

I am looking for a Civic.

I have seen one EXI manual and no CNG on a showroom (dealer) its 2004 model, 57K driven the car is very neat and clean. Its Clutch rubber has worn out (which makes me think if its really 57K driven). Tyres are just OK. I guess they will last for 3-4 months. The asking price is 10,400,00 and the seller wont go down by 10.

Please help if the price is OK. The car is very neat and clean.
