iPhone:
1. Go to settings in your phone
2. Go to the Bluetooth tab in your phone
3. Turn on your Bluetooth in your phone
4. In your car, press the Phone button right next to the radio interface.
5. The IMID (display screen) will display the phone screen. The car will say, âWould you like to pair a new phone?â
6. Using the Select knob, scroll down to highlight âYesâ for a new phone. Push the Select knob to enter âYes.â
7. Using the Select knob, click âOKâ for discoverable mode.
8. The car will say, âPreparing process requires authorization of Bluetooth phone. For proper system function, a compatible Bluetooth phone is required. Please visit the hands-free systems website listed in the Ownerâs Manual for a list of approved phones and other system information. From the displayed list, select the desired phone.â
9. The car should display your name and iPhone. Using the Select knob, select the desired phone.
10. The car will either say, âCompare the numbers displayed on your device and on the vehicle display. Then, follow the instructions on your device,â or âWhen requested by your phone, enter the pin âXXXX.ââ
11. Either compare the numbers or input the code, and then click âPairâ on your phone.
12. The car will say, âConnection setup is complete. The phone has been added.â
Android:
1. In your car, press the Phone button right next to the radio interface.

4. Go to settings in your phone.
5. Go to wireless in your phone.
6. Go to Bluetooth settings in your phone and select âDiscoverable.â
7. Using the Select knob, click âOKâ for discoverable mode.
8. Follow steps 8-12 in the iPhone setup procedure.
Now you are connected! With Bluetooth, you can set up voice tags for speed dial, look up call history, access your phonebook, and much more!
