i previously had toyota installed sygic nav in the car with a clasonic head unit and windows ce software, it wasn't bad and nav worked great, but that was about it, once you switch to these premium head units then theres no turning back and feel and experience and features are os much better for the same price as having nav installed by dealership,
the head unit has the usual sources, CD DVD USB AUX AV IPOD etc but it also has more modern sources such as Bluetooth A2dP audio streaming, Appradio mode, it has its own app suite which you can download on your iPhone and then control and interact apps form the head unit, it works very well , you can watch videos stored in your iPhone on the display as well as there are multiple apps, like music video management, car web browser, OBD II display via optional dongle, internet radio including panda heart radio stitcher etc, theres also news headlines weather etc all shown on your head unit pulled via apps intalled on your iPhone, there even a app whichmonitors your g force and will give you score on how smoothly you drive, same or better functionality than the android head units found in the new model corolla/honda
