wt sort of amp to go for in 9k? - Page 2

Aslam o alikum guys

im looking to buy an amp in about 9k price range.currently im using a crunch 500w 2channel amp n n im not satisfied with it,running a 12inch sub n a paire of jvcs with it.

before that i had a audiobahn 1600w 4 channel amp which i sold n made a stupid mistake.im planning to sell my crunch but the question is what amp should i go for???

the problem im facing is the sound gets distorted at high volumes

how wud u rate this crunch amp keepin in mind that ive to run,

a 12inch kenwood sub n a pair of 6 x 9 speakers

any suggestions would b welcomed

these r the stuff im using for the time being + 2 pairs of door speakers which r directly connected to the player

u have to do what scorpion has suggested the two options either to get another amp for sub OR buy a 4 channel amp (Y)

@ maggi & geforce

how good is this sony amp (zxmr604/bq1) n sony speakers (gtx 6930)

amp is for 7.1k n speakers for 3.3k

dude the mono amp is not to run ur speakers. its just for ur subwoofer...and if u get that kenwood mono geforce told u than you can keep ur crunch 2ch and use it for ur speakers.

but i dont know if u wud want two amps in ur car. maybe maggi is right, for you 4ch might be the best option.

na bro,that is the basic prb,i dnt want 2 amps,i want 1 good amp to run both speakers n the sub

dude i was running 1 sub 306c and 4 pioneer 6992. but changed my mind kiya pata baad me phr dobara sub lenay ka mood baan jaye.. and i wont be able to find such an amp again...

rite now i m thinking to install oe speaker per channel.. means 1 channel 1 speaker... wat do u say... rite now 2 channels per 4 speakers chala raha tha...

sir u look so confused ...

the simple option for u just sell ur amp get 4 channel ..

and install ur stuff ... leave another amp or mono option ...

if u install ur speakers on 9103 ur speakers coil will melt or burn ..

another suggestion for u ... dont mind but u look not much technical so its good to buy from a reputable shop or check the things u r buying from any pak wheelers...

na bro im not confusd,im just looking for a good 4 channel amp,thats all n yea i dont know technical details regarding these amps

well why dont u save your money. u can get my 4ch amplifier. it is also crunch, blackmaxx just like yours. but it is pretty powerful.
