Hmmm, so we know the basic cause. Khair, the bumper cutting and holes ain't that tricky, people who do the job are pros at it.
But mind one thing here: If you happen to hit a cat or a dog on the move, there is a 99.98% probability that the light will break off, leaving you with a hole in the bumper and requiring a new set worth 7k Rs.
Still, MHO is keep it stock. If there were black spaces there, it would look blank with out the lights but since its an even surface, thanks to Altas Honda, stock is the best option.
Corolla has the advantage of black caps, just remove and put the light in. Loose it, put the cap back in.
And finally, if you want to keep the lips of those **** zipped at the dealerships in case of a warranty claim, don't go for it.
