Zunny, I appreciate your point perfectly because you have actually talked sense. But sometimes things are different when you look at them from another angle. I'm the type of guy who is aware that there are thousands of similar cars buzzing on our roads today since the "Reborn" model was introduced back in mid-2006 and its still in production. Though I'm not a show off type yet I'd certainly like my car to be different in a decent manner.
Secondly, had I bought Oriel, I would have got the following things:
- Airbags (Agreed they are important)
- Sunroof (Yes its a luxury thing)
- Alloy rims (Saves you money but I really dont like the design in 15")
- Fog Lights
Even had I bought Oriel I would still be uplifting it with the stuff I'm doing right now:
1. New uplifted model smoked out headlights (They look & perform better)
2. New Tail lights with LED Effect (U have to see these to believe me)
3. 16" Imported OEM Honda Alloy Wheels
4. Ultra High Performance Tyres
5. High Performance HIDs
6. LED lights shashka
So you can imagine what hole that Oriel would have burnt in my pocket.
The most important thing is that when I wanted to buy Viper, I could only hardly stretch out to buy the VTi. Difference between VTi and Oriel was almost 2.15 lacs and honestly, that was impossible for me. Thats a lot of money my dear and I never wanted to invest 2.15 lacs in airbag, sunroof, 15" inch rims yet end up with a stock car that still needed much to be done. Yes, if I could afford the difference, I wuld have bought the Oriel. The only debatable point here is that I've skipped on airbags, an important safety feature but frankly, how many of us drive brand new vehicles with airbags and there's something in store for someone by Almighty Allah, well, even 6 airbags won't save you.
