no shift in the electronic autobox (prosmatec type) usually points to
1 - failed vehicle speed sensor (no speedo activity)
2 - failing shaft speed sensors in the transmission.
3 - clogged solenoids causing delay in target gear - which makes it go into limp mode.
Scan it, get the code and repair appropriately, full repair cost with new soft parts with replacement torque converter used to be nearly Rs 80,000/- about 6 years ago in my business, USD was about Rs 60/- so you can expect a bill of Rs 120~140,000 today at the minimum. Replacement with used junkyard automatic transmission in a honda is a russian roullete. Very high risk.
