do a reset and then start your car up, drive for a km or two and then read out the codes.
If you have a code 21 - the single VTEC solenoid wire must be broken off - (the valve itself is very sturdy)
The IAT is in the air pipe going to the throttle valve for VTI or in the air box in an EXI, check its wiring connections and if the sensor is scratched.
code 14 can be caused by a jammed IAC motor you would need to clean and lube it.
I think you have major wiring harness issues usually caused by applying diesel on the engine after you have it pressure washed. the diesel fuel bakes the PVC wires hard with engine heat and then eventually the wires start breaking off from the base of the electrical connectors everywhere
