Mehran CNG Kit gets ON twice

i jst replcaed the CNG switch in my dashboard as the previous one was damaged.
Now the strange thing is that
as i turn on ignition
the CNG kit gets ON & sounds like (TUK)
but as i turn key for self
it again sounds like (TUK)
and then car started
Can any 1 tel me is there any problem existing ?????
as it wasn't happening when i was driving with old CNG switch.

its only a wiring issue that need to be solved. the current given to the car shall be from the ignition switch, it seems as if the connection is done from some low source
