Default Automatic switching between cng and petrol

Lately, I am getting this weird problem of automatic switching of the car from cng to petrol and instantly back to cng. There is no fixed pattern of the occurance of this problem.

Any idea what may be the problem ?

Well, what i wanted to say was, while driving on cng car automatically (without I touching switch over button) switches to petrol and instantly switches back to cng. This thing has happened couple of times.
any ideas ?

Hmmm may b a faulty switch or can b short wiring. Get it checked asap. Should not take more than 5 minutes to diagnose by a professional

Connector or grip of CNG switch may be loose.

Fuse of CNG may be loose.

Or some other wire of CNG is not properly connected.

This is not "Automatic switching between cng and petrol" rather it is "Abnormal switching between cng and petrol"

dear this may be the problem of your touch switch which performs the operation of changing because very often swtich gets fault due to moisture or rust present in it. if its the fault of switch, the you can easily repair it just by cleaning it with spirit or thinner. otherwise check your fuse or grip etc.

does it happen at low rpm .... like when are slowing down on signals etc ? or at some steady rpm ?

auto switching happens in efi cars when rpm drops on cng to lowest level due to any problem, it converts to petrol, on gaining the rpm again, it switches back, had seen this prob in one frnds vario .....

explain the occurance of problem , scenario .....
