bro, what is ur total budget.... if u r willing to spend around 100k on 95, for sure it will become a jem, more good and charming than new cars..

For your information, u'll get a reasonable 95 in around 450k to 500k, depends on ur luck, where u get the deal. + 100k on it, is a bit good amount to build the ride;

Put 50k to 60k on engine swap (go for d15b), if you are fun loving and want some torque n power, other-wise well maintained stock carby engine is also not bad.

Plus another 20k to 25k on complete suspension and break overhauling including shocks. (If Required)

Once u r done with this, then u'll only have to visit workshop for Oil Change, Tyre Pressure Check, General Tuning etc.... thats it..

95 Parts are not that costly they cheap as compared to newer model it takes 20K-25K to completely renew the suspension and there u have a good nice luxury car and if driven carefully it won't require more work for a long time to come.

When I asked the same question to my brother in law. He told me " bhai jaan yeh Honda-95 Civic Mohabbat ka Janaza hai" . Still I am thinking what he was talking about.
