CNG related problems

Dear i have santro executive. 2004. this car gives me an average of 90 kms per cylinder. cylinder size is 40kgs. how to improve this mileage. plz help

My spectra works fine on CNG, People say its not normal and there is some problem, what to do?

Faisal ! if this average is on local, its not bad coz 40 lr cylinder wont give u milage more than 180 kms on long drives, and as a rough estimate half of this milage u get on local roads, if its pick is good, and no any other troouble ur car is fine, to improve it, tune up ur car,clean air filter.if 90 kms is frm first day,ur car air intake is nt balanced,and if it vary,its tune up problm.

spectra ! i m sry i cudnt undrstnd u, just keep in ur mind tht f u r satisfied with ur car, just relax,no matter what other ppl say abt tht.ur car shud hav a gud pick, no problems in drive like turning off when slow down, dun grip the pick after shifting down the gears,low milages in cylinders etc..

hey i hav a problem..infact 3 problems

i hav alto 2002 ..93k km done
the problem is wid indicator lights of cng
when i get it fully filled at cng station it doesnt show all the green lights..the last green light remains off
which shows that the cylinder is not full completely
but after 4 or 5 km of drive the last light also lights up but its very dim showing dat it is about to go off
and after few more km it goes off completely...
i dont know where its the problem wid cylinder or the indicator..the cylinder gets filled up completely in Rs 270 to 290 i think wid a gud pressure....it has 55 lr cylinder
and it gives me abt 100km to 110 km on one cng cylinder cycle..dat is widout ac in the city tarrafic of karachi...i m not satisfied wid this
secondly the car goes heavy on AC...as soon as the Ac is turned on the cars speed decreases suddenly and its pick gets very low...seems like sum1 is stopping the car...and the mileage of my car decreases by 40% on AC..which is very annoying...
plz help me on theese issues...i wil be reallyyyy thankfull to u...plz tell in detail wot shud i do...
by the way i havnt tunned the cng of my car since 2 years

pehle masjid jao, namaz perh k apne gunaho ki maafi mango , then go to service station, car wash kerwao and then go to mechanic for tunning, lolz (kiddin man )
ur kit and cylinder has oil in them! clean them up frm any cng workshop,, change air filter, if u feel ok then ok , and if a bit prblm still remain,then CHANGE spark plugs as well coz not tunned since a couple of years strange !

Kashif !one more thing , kit pe light indicator sensor laga hua hota hai, us ko bhee adjust kerwa lo, DUN CHNG THT, just adjust tht,but i think k oil clean kerwanay se woh bhee theek ho he jae ga.

I have baleno 2002. I recently installed CNG on it. It often does not respond to race when i apply second gear. It does not happen all the time, but some times it loses power and speed as soon as i apply second gear. Its so weired that my car even cant raise a small slope (charhai). I have to apply first gear to do that. Otherwise it is fine and achieves high speed at high gears

FOR BALENOS :
go to any workshop and ask mechanic " is ka manifold torr do !" its an extra thing tht only works in petrol ! a technical mistake by suzuki !
and also chk ! does ur filter also get burned?

u hav some really serious prblm, like its very hard to compromise on results wen u spnd alot of money ! anywaz just go for few things:
1- ask mechanic keh wo ap ki car ko advancer se advnce ker de
2- air intake is not balanced.
i think the prblm wil be solvd !
if not , do tell me ! i'll think 4 more.

CNG tunning or simple TUNNING means tune up the thing WHICHEVER is required, nt necessery tht u waste time in cleaning plugs, air filter etc

2ndly !
KASHIF !
wen ur car will be tuned up chk widout a/c , if it wrks gud, go to mechanic and ask him to tune up wid a/c.
if 2,3 tries dun work ! chng ur mechanic !
