why is this thread so full of useless replies? where are the mods?????
since the car is rare and only a serious collector will buy it i think you can prety much choose a price and stick with it till it sells. afterall it's not a civic or corolla which you can find anywhere, this is a collectors item. i'd suggest that if everything is original you start somewhere near the 2 lack mark. though some may find that price high, they should realise that some beetles sell for that kind of money and they are more common. even oval window beetles are changing hands for appox 2 lacks so it seems reasonable to ask that much for this austin.

Very very nice car i loved the way its kept.... I believe that you have worked so hard on it so you should ask the price which you think is worth your hard work... Agree with @Sameer bhai ask 200K...

You have a nice car which seems to have been in your family for many years...if this is true then don't sell it and use it occassionally. If you don't like classic cars or you think you 'll not be able to maintain it, then sell it someone who shows interest in it and has the sparks of passion for this car. This car needs a loving home - find one. Though its considered a starer's classic, it is not a very desirable car for a serious car colletor and doesn't command a very high price. One indicator is the int'l market - normally in Pakstan, classic cars sell below their int'l value barring some exceptions. This car goes for GB Pounds 500 - 1500 depending on the condition. This makes it Rs.60,000 - Rs.180,000 depending on the condition. if you can get an offer of Rs.150,000/- let it go to a good home. Check this link below. http://www.usedcarmart.co.uk/page-34444.html
