Fouad Bhai ... thank you so much for your kind words.
Firing up the amps is no issue .. that can be done on 15 minutes notice. However, the main issue is installation of a total of 12-13 items in the trunk .. the biggest item are the Kenwood KSC-7701 followed by the two sub-woofer units.
I cannot name all the components as yet which are going in the trunk, but just to give you a hint ... there will be total of 5 items of the size of amplifiers, and 7 smaller components, plus a 90 amp battery in the trunk.
So ghareeb kay kambal wala haal hai ... trunk size is limited and fixed .. we cannot change that ... and I have started feeling the reverberations of protests from my wife ... she is right .. where will we keep our luggage while traveling ... that is surely a very valid question .. and needs to be considered seriously ...
With everything installed ... there will be very very limited space left. According to my plan, normally the trunk will be fully occupied by tablay and saarangian ... however, it should be fully modular for easy removal when there is need for space.
Master Guru Ji .."Madhouse" .. suggested that we should remove the spare wheel and occupy that space as well. Madhouse and I are both highly inspired by the Focal Beryllium BMW project
... it took 2.5 years to complete ...
It is not possible to get this kind of job done by anyone in Pakistan ... and I am very seriously thinking about setting up a small workshop in my house with all necessary machines and tools to carry on with the modifications. Again, the inspiration has come from Madhouse, who has all the necessary tools in his house.
However, this is a very long-term project ... and requires clear approval from my wife ... yeh na ho kay workshop banatay banatay, ghar say hi nikaal diya jaoon ....!!!
