Also, please note one thing. There is NO SUCH THING as a PERFECT SOLUTION.
If you lower tyre profile, your ride will become bumpy on Paki roads. A higher profile will lead to a more cushioned drive.
Similarly, lowering springs will also make your ride stiffer.
If u want my advise, NEVER cut your springs, it is a VERY stupid thing to do.
In my opinion, you should get lowering springs. And a better set of wheels. You are currently on Goodyear tyres from what I can see in the picture, and they are known to be hard.
Good things don't come cheap, get a nice set of wheels OR lowering springs.
Both are good investments.
