if you don't change the tyres you will never know the difference between Euro r and other tyres. i drove euro r for 3k kms until i had a small accident due to these set of tyres. Changed them instantly to Dunlop lm702 and sold euros for 16k drove dunlop and was not satisfied they were very hard and noisy and performance was okay and better than euro , on 33kms sold my dunlops for 12k and upgraded to yokohama advan db , believe me they were a huge improvement over both euro and dunlop. They were so quiet my friends used to say me your car is very quiet. they have only one drawback , they wear quickly , 40-45k is an end of their top notch performance. and if abused they are easily gone in 35k kms. I used advan db for 55k kms and then again i have changed to advan db new and enjoying quiet and comfortable ride.
your current euros will go for 18k at any shop and you can buy advan db for 9500 per tyre from authorised dealers. they may also offer you a discount. Michelin are also a good option.
