Dear SER_GTR,
Day 1. The complete story is when the i swaped engine and car handed over to me, after drive 5 to 10 kilometer a engine check light prompt on more than 20 or 30 speed ( it was not on when i start car but after speed fo 20-30 it prompts). I called the electrition he told me i will check it.
Day 2. i went to my AC mechanic he done AC work and told me install AC Chock/choopi for AC to accelerate the car a bit.
Every thing was fine except the pick of the car was not good and it required rpm to rise the speed up to 80 kmph.
Day 3. I went to my Electrition (Saddar Mito Khan Ehata) and told him to install AC chock / choopi and the pick and speed problem to him. and also the check light problem.
He diagnous the check engine problem the code was 51 which is knock sensor grip, which was not connected, after connecting i didn't see any code up to know.
He advanced the car, the pick was good but give me knocking and was revers the advancer back a bit.
For AC He told me there are two methods 1. Install AC Chock / Choopi and 2. I will do it from computer and wiring. He did some thing in wiring. and set the rpm 700 with out as and on AC it was 1000.
Day 4. I start the car and was going to office i observe the rpm issue and the engine was suddenly stop. It did two to three time and i feel some smell.
From that day i am trying different thing and the electrition got mad. We replaced the computer and the burnt one was also repaired (5AFE A/T) computer.
Now finally the electrition told me to replace the computer with 4AFE A/T (which is short in the market now a days).
Some one giving suggestions to wash the throttle body, check fule pump, vacum pump. I change the MAF sensor but i am fail to fix the issue.
I am stuck in this problem now.
Can i Change the wiring?
Please need your Guidance.
