No sir. Brand new Corolla would bring you south around $18000 (or at least it did when I left the US a couple of years ago). And please do not quote "3rd world labor cost" as it is not the only factor in the equation. There are many factors which actually make it more expensive to do business in Pakistan.

Ever had to grease pockets just to continue to do business (aka bhatta tax?). I recall some news a few years ago where Indus was forced to give away Corollas worth 9 crore rupees to some higher up. Guess who is paying for these added costs. We are!
Cost per unit goes way down when you produce more units. In the US, they sell around 300-400k Corollas a year. How many does Indus sell? Not even half of that.
Last but not least, there are taxes on CKD parts when imported (is it something like 25%?)
