CTC mean carbon tetra chloride , i was never good in organic chemistry so cant explain any more but i guess its similar to ethanol and a by product collected during sugar cane crushing, and capable to desolve many solvents in it , very less surface tension so evaporates very quickelly ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,some chemist can explain batter ,
no dear car ac gas cant be used in home ac ,,,,,,,,,,,,some old car ac prior to 1994 use R12 which was not environment friendly and very dangerous for ozone ,,,,,,,,another -ve point of it was that its highjly flamable,,,,,,,,so its banned to use all over the world after 1994,,,,,,,,,,its substitute is R134a,,,,,,an environment friendly car refregrant,,,,,,,,,,but it cant be used in home AC,,,,,,,,,,,,fridge , ac , deep freezer they all use R22,,,,,,,,,
