@Bilal740 originally asked for comparison, I drove both a Mehran and Cuore today on a similar route near my home so I think I can do justice with a comparison.
The cars:
Suzuki Mehran 1998 (plain) with me since 2001
Daihatsu Cuore 2006 (CX A/T)
Cuore is much better in the following:
- Suspension (leaf spring of Mehran is too old a technology)
- Breaks (now if cuore is not the best, Merhan must be ...)
- Steering (I think I can claim cuore has a power steering LOL)
- Accessories (Mehran does not even come with a CLOCK!!)
- Starting (so where is the choke, oh so that is the auto-choke mentioned in user manual )
- Engine area (best part, I like staring at those things looking so neat comparing to a Mehran )
- Comfort
- Noise levels are much lower
Cuore is a bit better in:
- Power (its 50cc and thats it)
- Space management
- Seat manuvaribility (I can make myself comfortable to push the driving seat back till the rear seat )
- Build quality
- Rear view mirrors, cuore has big and concave, I felt blind in the Mehran.
They are equal in:
- Console (RPM meter anybody?)
- Dashboard (both need a decent use from gear to ashtray, cofe cup holders?)
- Tyres (tubed radials)
Mehran is much better in:
- Economy (but I will need time to give this some numeric weights)
