Motor Racing Complex in Pakistan

AoA everyone.

Guys im a student of architecture and design in Comsats islamabad. Currently in my 4th year.I am doing my final year thesis on a Motor Racing Complex for Pakistan of international standards.

Which would incorporate proper tracks for formula 1 (or other) Grand Prix , Circuits for Street race categories, Drag strips and Car show spaces and showrooms. The complex would further have restaurants, banks, Fire safety and clinics, Pit stop areas e.t.c e.t.c. It would have international events also and would be open all year round for the general public to generate income.

What i need from u guys and girls (if any), is that our supervisors, teachers and architects demand from us the basic feasability study, that is the project actually ''worth building'' and would the people actually use it. Basically to do with the economics of the project.

Now i want to run a poll that if CDA were to build a Motor-Racing Complex with all the facilities mentioned above. Would you guys use it?

1. Yes (its needed and should be built)

2. No (Wont be feasable for the country)

Guys choose wisely as CDA WILL come to our juries and presentation and WHO KNOWS, they might actually go for the project if they see its worth it.

P.S: Moderators Please can you make this a sticky as i REALLY need this, and its for academic purpose. Being the premier forum for car enthusiasts in Pakistan, i thought what better place to run the poll than here. and i would be posting this post in various areas to get maximum response. Please i hope that you would allow me.

maybe a professional indoor GOKARTING circuit...with a couple of courses which adults and children alike can enjoy...could be a complete race enthusiast spot...with a couple of race theme stores...a fast food pit stop...and a little arcade with racing games...could be a lotta fun

ohhh yes boy....we definitely need a proper race track!!! besides, these motor complexes require only a "one-time" big expense after which the maintenance is not that much!!

ok here we are all crazy about carz and stuff so everybody is gonna say YES!

but being in the same field wid u if i analyze it properly the answer wud b a no

i also got to talk to an archiect about that once...so that am gonna tell u in university..and idhar bhee there is one topic over that.....parra ho ga kaheen archives mai...! u can go through it aswell!
