dear rpm meter wala side cover ranshorline karachi se mughal old auto shop se mila 5 speed gear bhi waha se mily aur rim waghera saleem ki shop se mile jo sport bike ka saman bechta hai aur cdi unit sada laga hua hai point ki jaga poora cover change nhi karna para 5speed k bad 160 par bhagai mene
hmmmbtw yr aik aur bara ajeeb sa problem hai jis ki mujhe samajh nahi aatijab bike raat ko nikalo yaani ke engine thanda hota haito lyt theek hoti haibut as soon the engine gets heated up to ahista ahista light dim hona start hojati hai untill it depreciates to a certain limit where it cant be called a headlight any more :Smore over meter light and the tail light both are working fine the problem that persists is the headlight

Dude Never ever put Alloys on a 200 / 185 / 175, i got ma 185 Alloys some 12 - 15 years back (i had a Blue CD-185 at that time, custom painted) and after putting those new wheels of 16" rear (tubeless) and 19" Front (tubeless) the bike that used to touch 120 - 130 couldnt go over 100 kms/hour, lolz dude, stay away from Alloys !
Really :o lol ; Imran below said his experiment was awesome ...So my insticnts suggest I should stay with the orignals I mean spoked; but man front disc is despratley needed at high speeds specially after I changed its gearbox; discs are must to stop the storming speed... So ishould find a Dics brake enabled spoked wheel for front only I think.:S kiya khayal hai ?

Missing kr raha tha koi 3 months pehle, but I got its point changed so the problem is solved.Now even at the lowest rpm the bike remains start.Although the connecting rod needs attention.Regarding the headlight, to main soch raha hoon k ek he dafa kharcha krwa ke 12V krwa loonbecause these 6V bulbs are not that easily available in the market now.

Pretty impressive work that you have done on your bike. I also own a honda CD 175. I am also restoring it to its old glory and trying to add orgional parts as much as possible.
You can find most of their parts from Malclod Road Lahore. Maqdoom Autos, Green Autos and few shops adjacent to them contain most of the parts of clasic honda.
I will definately try some of the upgrades that you have done

Your bike Recifier gets heated up and its performance degrates as it get headed.proper ventilation to rectifier to keep it cool or better recifier would resolve the issue.
