Sir good luck with your project!! But some one tried h22 in
charade it was not sucessful, i think b16 or 18 is better option because they lighter in weight!! And properly tuned B,s are not slow.

Some more pictures of the engine being fitted to the engine bay ..needed alot of alteration and strengthning using metal rods, plates etc..

Also notice the suspension is adjustable ( Height + ride i.e hard and soft)

Any suggestions are welcomed ! !

if car is already swaped why ask for opnion?

its a accord engine, and is power weight on wheel base is designed for accord.

technically you dont go above certainhorsepower on front wheel drive car to keep its efficency and driviabilty.

in accord the weight of car and wheelbase balances the power of engine, in civic h22 didnt go that effectively neither did 3sgte in corolla was launch effective on pakistan road, and all those are heavier cars than charade.

h22 has more performance than f20 on any given day and there are more possibilties to improve powebut you need a bigger wheelbase car , charade is not a big wheel base car,, its narrow nd short designed for 1.3 at the max. to make charade swift and fast with good handling i wont go above 1.3l turbo egine. even a friend has done 1.6l engine swap in charade but that car wont handle corners like corolla.

be very careful when you speed up because car may not stop or turn effectivily in peshawer

That is an awfully mounted engine! .....welding some random plates to the chassis and having the engine put onto those ..!

Good luck with your project ..i hope it runs ! that is incase the engine doesnt drop down !

Engine Weight Still How You Manage To Handle If You Use Best Of Suspension Brakes And Some Solid Cross Member....!! Still Nose Is Heavy Comparing Back As levin Stated Car....Balancing Is SomeThing Also Need To Be Considered....!!

1) Have Istalled four wheel discs (i.e back drum converted to Disc),with a bigger brake master cylinder.also installing
new orignal japanese leather for all wheels.( also considering installing dual leather is needed if you know what i mean !)

2) tower strut bar, lower bars and adjustable floor bars.

3) Adding large spacers to increase the wheel base (All dics) and

installing 14 " rims with 195 0r 205 tyres.

And yes searching for some good mechanic/electrition for installing ABS.
Bought new axle and honda dohc cross for making a joint for the axle as the orignal is short in length.

new front hubs installed
ALso the suspension installed is the best i could find here in peshawar.its a type R or something like that.

2) and 3) will be installed soon will upload the pics INSHAALLAH
Any other suggestions regarding the handling etc are welcomed.

congrats and best of luck bro!
can you tell me details about the shock absorbers, are these charade's own after market items or you altered for fitting. I've been looking for original fitting aftermarket shock absorbers for quite some time now.......

LMAO look at those beautifull skinny mounts reminds me of those skinny models shown on FTV LOL,if this is mounted on these skinny plates, forget traction....you would be getting back to workshop every other day to make a new plate, looks like an 8year old made the mounts for this...

While on the other hand,if the mounts are good, supported with strong axles/suspension etc this is going to be a fun ride
