Thank you. I also was a bit skeptical on using a steel pipe for the coolant. Will soon get one made in stainless steel.
About the fan, when we were fitting the radiator, using puller fans was an option that we had in mind but then managed to find a fan which would fit. This fan has quite some airflow and the rpms are high aswell. When the ecu turns on the fan, it stays on a maximum of 12-15 seconds and then turns off as the temperature normalizes. Do you think it still requires to be changed? If so, I will get a puller fan since there's enough space on the front of the radiator.
Another thing that I need help with. The 4efe had a return fuel line in the fuel rail with the fpr controlling the pressure. This engine however does not have a return line but the same fuel pump is being used. Do I need to install an fpr of some sort to reduce the pressure? My concern is that there might be too much pressure on the injectors at low rpms.
