The Rear Bumper of Civic 1991 isn't available in the market. So I decided to repair & restore it to its original shape & condition. For this, I went through many web pics. Later on, I guided my denter to repair & reinforced it by using 20 gauge Galvanized Steel Sheet,Rivets & some Hot Plastic Weldings.

I guided my denter to put a piece of Steel Sheet as per length & width of the Bumper's top on the Rear Bumper's TOP. Then fix this piece with silicon and for more strength this piece was studded to Rear Bumper top, with rivets (alongwith washers).
I wasn't satisfied with the old meter ....So I modified it. This modification was done by Nazim (Bilal Gung). He is really very good in this task.

As Bumper Lips of this Civic ED1 isn't available, so I decided to make it by using the old Bumper. For this purpose, I guided my denter to cut the lower bottom of my old bumper and after some Hot moldings fixed it to the New one with the help of nuts & bolts and Rivets. See the wounder full secret below.

Finally got to see another EF under restoration - Mashallah nice efforts and improvisation by you and your denter so farRubber parts for this model are very rare tbh , but replacing parts like weather shields and screen molding enhance the beauty of detail workWaiting for the final outcome - samples with silver shades
P.S do save some $$$ for a nice set of wheels Best of luck
yaar you could've searched for body parts like rear cut and nose cut from bilal gunj and could have put that in. could check from peshawar as well. That could've saved a lot of hassle and bring back the originality of the car. anyways.
Thanx u bro. ur advise is alwaz welcomed. Owing to some reasons I couldn't go to Peshawar, thats why I preferred to restored the parts to their original condition.
I was thinking of converting this Sedan to a Limo. For this purpose I had done all the necessary home work, diagrams, extensions, re-modeling the two extra doors (In which the half front portion of the door is consisted of ''half front portion of the Rear Door'' & the remaining half portion of the door consisted of half rear portion of the Front Door. ) I know Its sound strange. But u can understand it by visualizing the pics below.
