Hello,
This started when I bought Honda CiviC 8th Gen for the first time in 2010. Honda civic is liked because of its powerful engine, comfortable drive and aggressive looks.
When we talk about aggressive looks, there comes some thing that doesn't suit its over all 360 degrees view.
and that is its wheels are noticeably beyond the fender arcs.
When I saw my own car critically tu I thought about fixing it.
My aim/target/wish was to make it flush with the fender arc.
On investigation, I found out that the original OEM rim has a shoulder width of 6 inch and offset of 45mm
I will later explain what is shoulder width and offset (for those who don't know)
I didn't know much about offset at that time.
To make the looks better, I bought new rims (15 inch) with a 50 offset and and shoulder width of 6.5 inch.
The results were better than OEM but not satisfactory
