Electrical issues

Hi,
Anyone of you know what to check?
While replacing cd player i got the clock and roof light of baleno gone off.
Fuzes under steering are all right.
2ndly car's power window and blower fan remains at prompt position if i remove the key aswell.
Whats wrong with it?
I will be obliged if some one help me regarding this electrical issue.

the positive wire of the roof light (its not through ignition switch)is somehow connected with some other wire which is bypasssing current to the blower and other systems. Check wipers even they might be working with keys off.

i am not 100% sure but i never felt wipers worked without key but always if i switch of the car a/c goes off but fan does not.
Same case for power windows,i can operate them with out ignition switch,i dont witness any other thing operating except windows and blower fan.
This is not factory setting what i think.

neither get installed myself nor sure about previous owner of the car.

It also happened to my civic bcoz of loose Negative connection from battery to chassis.

Problems solved;
It were two fuzes blown up under the hood.
Have to install relay for window and fan problems,the previous relay was damaged by some short circuit.
