Better pick a normal lead acid battery. Load shedding conditions were better last year compared to previous 5 years, and with many mega projects underway, UPS may not be required for coming years.
So it would be better to spend lesser on batteries. The dry batteries are quite heavy on pocket. Plus, the Narada and other batteries you get are mostly stolen from telecom towers, and you can't guarantee how many cycles are already consumed.
A brand new dry one will be far too expensive.
