now make sure you follow the book when overhauling, download the service manual and look up every clearance in it and torque figure for the bolts and nuts. Do not let your mechanic decide the torque figures with his wrists. Also do not let the machinist decide the clearance condition. Follow the book.
If you are going to machine it - do not drop off the items at the place called malik engineering - they are the worst of machining places - they would blatantly lie to customers faces - even if you get your own micrometer to measure what they goofups did - they would say that "ham ko kaam sikhao ge"
I usually had a place called Salman engineering do work for me - mostly when I was there I would run the machines myself. If you show up with a service manual he would really appreciate it and make double sure that you get to see the clearances he set.
While in plaza go to the shop that sells VIC filters - ask them for Accord ka oil filter then ask them for a civic one - the accord one should be taller and have PH1 or PH4 in its part number. That is the only filter you should use in this engine. No other shop would even know what the filter is except the Honda spare parts shops.
