I will be doing that.... Have asked my brother and cousin to talk to them. Iv sent him the original receipt after taking some copies and keeping them with myself.
From the looks of the situation I am in currently, it sure looks like they are dodging the situation and putting the blame on my friend.
Yes sir, the recipient is Blacklist1 (Muneeb). He has been a friend since a long time and we have done deals alot. plus we both are quite known members on the audio section so never had problems with anyone.
Haha shoot, took that down. Dunno why i put it up.
according to muneeb, it was not fully intact. though he can explain better. Sir the loss isnt an issue since the speakers are worth a few thousand rupees but rather the fact that how the hell can items from customers cargo go missing. We trust them and pay them to ensure the safe transportation of the cargo.
weight wasnt 1kg. rather alot less than that. Iv sent 1 last message to tcs people, as a warning.
I told him the value of the speakers. he didnt write it. i also told him to pack the box with some newspaper so the speakers dont collide. thats why my first instinct was to ask that staff member if he had taken the speakers out after i left to place the paper inside. however there was no newspaper in the box when it was opened by recipient and neither was there 1 speaker.
well at least now we know this isnt the first time they have done this. God damn them.
Sir iv been in contact with the head office from the start. Normally i use the tcs service in our university and never had problems since the staff member here is a friend and i pay him a few extra hundreds to make sure he does a proper job.
dont worry sir, i am not leaving them to get away with this. I will put them to shame with the help of some family members who work with the news paper departments. They are going to get a taste of their own medicine.
Seems they clearly are stealing from their customers. They aint accepting their mistake and putting the blame on sender/receiver.
