Kutch zaidaa ho gaya shaiyad! Challo issi mein bachat hai shaiyad!
Waisey to shayyar se tashreeh karwaanaa zeyaadaati hai magar, I was just trying to express my lofty appreciation for the two restored/reconstructed ride owners who kept up with the big boys here!
In the words of a highly experienced rally & offroad car builder I met recently in Dubai: "While the rally driver studies and knows the terrain he will encounter on the track, the offroader has no clue as to what all he will experience and come across during the course of his day. All that the offroader knows is that he needs to get back home in one piece and in that respect setting up an offroad car becomes all that more challenging."
Hence while it is challenging enough to set off in the morning trailing Janj on something that is set up for you by MMC, Toyota or Jeep..... its quite another thing to do it in something that you bought as scrap (or pieces thereof) and got rolling!
SO once again, hats off to the owner of the green Jeep CJ (not sure who) and the MUTT (Qamar Farooq, I believe). You guys really rock (along with the photographers, ofcourse)!
