Did you get the factory subwoofer or not?
No,could not get it as it comes in the TRD package,i really wanted that so much and the 115volt ac too and none was available then.....
I chose not to get it since it takes up space on the right side of the trunk, and doesn't add much to the sound anyway.
The 115V supply is pretty handy to have, but nothing that can't be done with a simple car DC-AC converter.
Oh i thought that there is some space provided for the sub woofer at the back, but the novel thing about that system is that the roof of the car behaves like a speaker and the sound flows like a water fall, but as is the sound system is not that bad i would say.And the 115 volts supply really comes in handy when you are camping and when you need to run equipment like extra lights, fans or even a small t.v if needed.
Yes, the ceiling has two small exciter speakers located about one foot on either side of the front cabin light that use the entire roof lining as a diaphragm to produce middle and high frequency sounds.
And 115v supply during camping is handy indeed.
