YOUR USEFUL IDEAS:

Tayyab95 - why dont we make a spare parts shop

anilnaqvi - gud mechanics n denter painter who knw wat theya re doing

Libra - The categories you posted above are no issues, the land is expensive and to take the place on rent i think it wont be a good idea.

addydeg8 - agar yeh opening hogaee then there shud be a gr8 party... all pakwheelers shud be invited

shaanpk - If some brothers from Lahore could become a part of this than maybe we can start this in Karachi and Lahore at the same time

Drug_Mafia - smaller place bigger investment(depends on location)

Nasir_Zaidi - it should be immediately actualized... I mean it...

race_addicted - WINNING STARTS WITH BEGINNING. Put down your whole plan of action into smaller practical parts

farhannk - i would suggest we should first allocate the budget for this.. starting from pointing out a place and expenditure..

imrankamal - a workshop gains its reputation from the customers

Tayyab95 - the garage should be very clean and there should be a waitnig room and reception.

rusty_racer94 - There should be a clean reception and a clean waiting room with magazines so people enjoy their stay

dante - i knw im too young for dis but plzi want to do sum work like technicalwork, i dont want to take salary for dis job ill do iit for my big brothers' workshop means my workshop work will be done using hardwork and will be done frm heart

mafzaltareen - would be gr8 if u start car cosmetics too

zxmco125 - take a empty plot on rent without building then make a shelter building on it. It will cost you less and you'll be able to move quickly when you want to move your garrage.

FaeizCivic - First just hire a small/tiny staff and see if the business works. If it does give you enuf profits then you expand. Make sure you use as little capital investments as possible to reduce the risk

vickybhai - atleast i wud be satisfied after rapairing my car from pakwheels garage............m really sick bieng pissed off by local mechanics

ahmedzuhaib - a hard but achievable objective

race_addicted - think u should make an estimate of total investment say it's 1 million then divide it into number of shares, say each share of Rs.100 then offer it to members of pakwheels. in this way each member would contribute. So the profit or loss would be shared by plenty of members.

mafnank - i wud agree wd dat idea ov shares etc as dere might be some ppl who want to help u by investing bt not dat much big amount...

yaaar syd ahsan plz check kay jab karachi main hungame hotay hainto woh jaga safe hain kiuun kay we wud have kept people car wid us for long time and we have to save them khuda na khwasta agar kuch hojaye to aysi jaga workshop k Lia rakhain jo in sab se safe ho..!!!!

By far clifton is the safest place and the location is just opposite to Bilawal house. So it is even more safe

dnt know if he wants partner or wanna go solo...but i am talking abt ahad_civic from islamabad and he puts up some great stuff for sale on this site.
