I don't need an electronic helmet. What I need is a helmet that doesn't have a hard part covering the chin area. See attached picture for an example of what I mean. There is no fixed hard part covering the chin, the visor just slides down in the front, going all the way down to the chin.
It doesn't have to even be branded, just as long as it is that design, as they are MUCH easier to take on/off and more comfortable in my opinion.
It's called a flip-up helmet and they're not really that safe compared to regular full-face helmets.
Check this out:The Danger Of Flip-up Helmets from Bikes in the Fast Lane - Daily Motorcycle News
I understand the risk, but it's still something that I prefer. I do have a regular full helmet, but this something I need when I make short, 5-10 minute trips to the shops around my house on empty roads.
Anyway, are these flip-up helmets available somewhere, don't have to be branded, expensive one's either.
Hey, does anyone know the contact no # for Will or MUST? I tried PTCL 1217 but they couldn't find any registered tel for either.
Secondly, are both these shops opposite Aadil hospital, or is MUST elsewhere?
Thank-you!

I'll call Will shortly, any info on MAST? @turbo_evo About helmets, I remember reading on this forum, that helmet range was from 10k to 40k. Guess prices have gone up?
xtreme motorsports have posted a pictures of a lot of branded lids on their facebook page. Looks like they have got a fresh stock. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.516070038422350.131903.146484328714258&type=1and about the cost, if someone can spend das lakh on bike, spending 20k on helmet is totally justified. safety should be the first priority at any cost
I called, and then visited Will bikes yesterday. They have some good helmets, but running a little low on stock, they said they'd get new supplies in a month or two. Prices start around 9k for Taiwanese Index helmets, and go up to 35 or 40k. I didn't see a difference in build quality of finesse though, and even where prices varied massively it seemed to be due to brands.
I didn't spend das lakh on the bike, only spent a little over one lakh(Ravi Piaggio 125), wanted to get a decent helmet to go with it. 20k is a bit over what I'd like to spend on the helmet though. I'm planning on going to McLeod road on the weekend, will check Xtreme sports out as well.
@gorkan Could you point out to me, where Xtreme sports is on McLeod Road?
McLeod Road on Google Maps:https://maps.google.com/maps?q=McLeod+Road,+Lahore&hl=en&ll=31.568069,74.32664&spn=0.00554,0.009602&sll=31.568088,74.327863&sspn=0.00277,0.004801&t=h&hnear=McLeod+Rd,+Lahore,+Lahore+District,+Punjab,+Pakistan&z=17
Also, are there any other shops that carry good branded helmets?
I don't know their physical location, and last time I checked McLeod rd, I didn't find good/branded helmets there in the market, didn't know about xtreme motorsports back then.
check their facebook page and you should find their contact info there.

Hey guys,Need some help ... Im desperately looking for places that rent out heavy bikes in lahore .. Please tell me .. Thanks.
When you turn right from Mall to Macleod road, keep going straight and cross two signals. Keep looking to your right side and there you will find Xtreme Motorsports.BTW Studds made in India helmets are also available at Macleod, variety of helmets in affordable prices. Also you can buy through dohc, a member here at PW who offers Studds at more reasonable prices than their Macleod road shop. I own two Studds helmets and loving both.

You're looking for a heavy bike?
I've an idea. Why not buy a CD70 and then add some weight to it like this man:
Or perhaps this man:
Or... How about this?
See?
These people have small motorcycles, but they turned them into HEAVY BIKES without spending money on a new motorcycle.
Just add weight to it and any bike would be a HEAVY BIKE.
These people are so smart.
Wow...
haha bhai jee app nay to leer o leer kr dia LOL

Heavy bike is a wrong terminology that only exists in Pakistan!
