the picture should make it clear what i did..
i just removed the lower pipe from stock filter lota of normal chonda bikes .. then heated it on fire when it became soft i inserted the pod filter in it . then i used a lock like thing used in gas/water pipes and afixed the two things .. then i applied some insulation tape on it to hide all the leaks so bike breathes through the filter only ..
do not tighten the lock too much ..
now when fitted in bike its awesome fit ... it stays just above battery ...
after this mod bike breathes much better and quickly responds to race .. though my moded bike is not making enough compression which is like hardly 7:1 .. but still i see its advantage ..
for those who are using stock chondas of 78 cc cylinder they will see a lot improvement in my opinion as thats in reality 88cc and also makes 9.1:1 compression . so try it and tell us .. how it worked with stock 78...
the filter itself costs 150 RS and was bought from Lifan shop in rawalpindi on murree road .. now it will be cheap .
