There is always an exception I came along many CGs which never crossed 98KMH even they were super healthy, also I had a very bad point of view for GS150 even though I tested many GS150 but they did not really ever impressed me untill I met @dr.omair and first time I saw GS performing like it really should.
I would say an unlucky day for you CG, or may be it is really facing some issue which lagged it, but on masses a final verdict is that an average CG is always quicker on its feet the an average GS...
And an average GS always has a better top speed then average CG.
do keep in mind the point raised by 7thgear that is one of the major issue so buy a GS after through inspection, this might help in buying a new bike ...
